Your own sauna, in a spare corner. A full-size infrared sauna tent with a 660nm red light panel. It heats up to 160°F (71°C) and packs down when you need the room back.
What it's like
- Real heat, fast. A full-spectrum heater warms the tent quickly and holds a steady temperature through your session.
- Red light while you sit. A 660nm red light panel glows inside the tent.
- You set it. Choose the temperature and the timer, up to 99 minutes, on the control box.
- Sit back. A padded folding chair is included.
- Fits a small room. About 180 × 86 × 86 cm set up (71 × 34 × 34 in). Runs on a standard household outlet.

Before you start
Start with 10 to 15 minutes at a lower temperature, and keep water nearby. Heat isn't for everyone: if you're pregnant, have a heart condition, low blood pressure or another medical condition, ask your doctor first.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the US. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive 7 to 15 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email. Some items ship from overseas, so larger orders may arrive in separate packages. Read the shipping policy.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. You cover return shipping, unless it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Then it's on us. Start a return through our contact page. Read the refund policy.
Using it safely
