Every Revora order ships free.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer around holidays or in bad weather.

Tracking

Tracking can take a few days to show movement after your order ships. If it hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

More than one item

Our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, some of them overseas. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Duties and taxes

Because some items ship from overseas, the carrier may collect import duties or taxes on delivery, depending on the shipping method. If that happens, those charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order ships, we can't change where it goes. If a package comes back to us because of an address problem, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking says your order was delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. If your order arrives damaged, see our refund policy. We'll replace it or refund you.
